Nana Kwasi Kutuah V is the divisional chief of Nkroful in the Ellembelle District of the Western Region of Ghana. Known in private life as Mr. Agye Kwaw, he holds a Master’s Degree in Social Science and has been a prominent traditional leader advocating for educational development, environmental protection, and local healthcare.

- Healthcare Advocacy: He has been actively reminding government officials, including President John Dramani Mahama, to fulfill campaign promises to construct the Ellembelle District Hospital at Nkroful, having released 41 acres of stool land for the project.
- Anti-Illegal Mining: He has taken a firm stance against illegal mining (galamsey) in the area, urging the youth to pursue education rather than mining and warning politicians against supporting these illicit operations.
- Community Development: Nana Kutuah V regularly works with corporate bodies like ADAMUS Resources Limited to secure resources for local infrastructure, including school renovations and health center modernizations.
