Mission Statement
The NCDA exists to unite the Chiefs, Elders, youth, and citizens of Nkroful and its surrounding communities towards collective development. Through strategic partnerships, advocacy, and innovative initiatives, the Association promotes cultural preservation, quality education, economic empowerment, social welfare, and infrastructural growth to improve the lives of present and future generations.

To preserve, protect, and promote Nkroful’s cultural heritage and legacy as the birthplace of Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
Education & Capacity Building
To support and promote quality education, skills training, and youth empowerment initiatives within Nkroful and its environs.
Community Development
To mobilize resources for the development of essential infrastructure such as schools, health facilities, roads, and sanitation projects.
Unity & Civic Engagement
To foster unity, peace, and cooperation among Nkroful citizens at home and abroad through participatory development programmes.
Economic Empowerment
To encourage entrepreneurship, job creation, and partnerships with companies, government, and NGOs for sustainable livelihoods.

To champion health awareness, provide support systems for the vulnerable, and improve access to healthcare services.
